Change of Heart Foundation was originally founded in Dover Delaware, USA in 2009. Our sister NGO was registered in (Ghana) in 2014
A 35-foot mast in Kuntu, C/R serving Kuntu and Hinni township with internet connectivity.
A 40-Foot mast construction is underway to serve nearby towns. CHRIS COMPANY are the engineers affiliated with.
